Meet Jalil Saab
My name is Jalil Saab, founder and CEO of Physiologic.
I founded Physiologic with one simple belief: when people understand how their bodies work, they can move better, recover smarter, and perform at their highest level.
For more than a decade, I’ve dedicated my career to helping athletes, active professionals, and individuals improve performance through sports bodywork, recovery, movement education, and strength coaching. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with athletes of all levels, supporting competitive events, and helping people overcome pain, improve movement, and reach their goals.
Today, Physiologic is more than a clinic—it’s a growing wellness organization built around four core divisions:
